Digital Bees (collectively “Digital Bees”, “we” and “us”) takes privacy very seriously, and is committed to protecting your privacy. We provide IT consulting, hosting, development and support for businesses.

  • when you pay for our invoices online, we collect your name, email address, billing address and the last 4 digits of the credit card used for payment. Your credit card number does not get stored.

  • when you use our web or mail hosting products and services, we collect server log data including:

    • your username, IP address at the time of use, and details of your interaction with the web or mail service

    • a timestamp of each specific interaction with the web or mail service

We hold your Personal Data electronically, which may be stored securely on our own equipment and also securely by third party data storage providers. We do not hold any hard copy physical records of Personal Data.

You have a right to request a copy of your Personal Data, update your Personal Data or ask for it to be removed from our systems. Such requests must be made to us in writing.
